We refer to this as 'velvet in a glass', being deep and rich in flavour. This potion is bright and highly floral. Our 'Amethyst Sour' combines lemon, egg white and blue butterfly tea. It's delicate and slightly tart cocktail crowd pleaser.

Pairs well with gin or vodka.
