We refer to this as 'velvet in a glass', being deep and rich in flavour. This potion is bright and highly floral, pairing well with gin or vodka. Our 'Amethyst Sour' combines empress gin with lemon, egg white and the deep navy blue butterfly tea (made from the flowers that grow on pea crops). It's delicate and slightly tart cocktail crowd pleaser.
