This potion is best describes as 'tropical winter'. It combines the wintery freshness of pine and summery sweetness of pineapple -- a very unique couple indeed. Lime is a great citrus with this syrup, and the juniper in gin lifts the herbal qualities of pine.

Our refreshing 'two pines collins' calls for gin, lime and soda, but it's also great on its own with chilled lemon or pine needle tea!
